Established in 2012, FON-NDIKUM & PARTNERS is a bilingual Law Firm composed of four Lawyers and two Postulating advocates with an excellent background of the Civil and Common Law Judicial Culture, admitted qualified to practice before the Cameroonian  Courts,  the  Cour  Commune  de  Justice  et  d’Arbitrage (CCJA), the CEMAC Regional courts, and other .  The   other members of the firm include, legal assistants, an accountant and an IT Assistant.
FON-NDIKUM & PARTNERS is principally involved in general litigation in legal copororate advisory, due diligence, compliance and government/administrative regulations, drafting and reviewing private and private transactions, setting up of companies, company secretariat as well as  tax  advisory, and we act and represent foreign law firms here in Cameroon and the CEMAC REGION.
